Hotel Gala Puebla, Puebla

The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the historic square in Puebla. The rooms, although with small windows towards the corridor, were quite dirty, especially at night. The service was a mixed experience; while some staff members were friendly and helpful, others ignored non-Spanish speaking guests. The dining options were okay but got boring after a few days. The location is ideal for exploring Centro, though the room cleanliness was a major downside.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable with a nice TV, but the area underneath the staircase felt dirty.
