The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the historic square in Puebla. The rooms, although with small windows towards the corridor, were quite dirty, especially at night. The service was a mixed experience; while some staff members were friendly and helpful, others ignored non-Spanish speaking guests. The dining options were okay but got boring after a few days. The location is ideal for exploring Centro, though the room cleanliness was a major downside.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very comfortable with high ceilings and a modern-looking bathroom. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Zocalo, and the rooftop bar with a view of the cathedral was a standout feature.
